Return & exchange policy
MAREI1998 has a 14-days-return policy.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an item, it can be returned for Size/Color Exchange or Refund provided that you notify us in writing and within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your inquiry has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.
01 Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by MAREI1998.
MAREI1998 will issue a full refund, credited to your original form of payment and will not include shipping costs, unless in case of faulty items.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
For purchases paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Our regular Return & Exchange Policy as described above applies during sale periods as well.
02 Return Terms & Conditions
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.
All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
03 Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of MAREI1998.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. To exchange an item, request a return, specifying the new size/color that you require.
05 Faulty Goods
MAREI1998 stands behind all of its products.
Defective/flawed products can be returned within two months of purchase.
Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on MAREI1998 as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
07 Order Tracking
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email containing a number to track its progress online.
MAREI1998 insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
09 Trunkshow OrdersPreorders cancellations are at the sole discretion of MAREI1998.
Items purchased during a Trunkshow are non-refundable and may only be returned for size or color exchange (if available).
In case a shipment is substantially delayed, you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
MAREI1998 reserves the right to make changes to its Returns & Exchange policy or practices. We will post the updated policy on our website, and thus we encourage you to review this page from time to time, particularly each time you use our online shop.
