Approach

Sustainability is approached as an integral part of the creative process, embedded in each stage from material selection to production. A conscious, small-scale model defines the work. Limited quantities, one-of-a-kind pieces, and short runs allow for precision, reduced excess, and a closer relationship to each garment.
In-studio practices focus on minimizing waste through considered cutting and the reuse of existing materials and remnants. A diverse network of makers, artists, and suppliers - spanning different regions and disciplines - contributes to the process, fostering exchange, individuality, and cultural perspective.
As a women-led practice, emphasis is placed on supporting and employing women across design and production. Material development balances innovation and tradition. Advanced textiles and evolving technologies are explored alongside established techniques, with the aim of refining how garments are made while reducing impact.
Garments are created with longevity in mind - designed to endure not only in construction, but in meaning.
Beyond the garment, an ongoing dialogue is formed through design, production, and communication - encouraging a more considered relationship with clothing. The intention remains clear: to create with care, allowing that care to extend outward - gradually, organically, so that what is worn carries not only form, but values.
